Self-care includes any intentional actions you take to care for your physical, mental or emotional health. The everyday working life of a doctor or a therapist is
often very challenging and extremely intensive on an emotional level.
This training supports you in developing your awareness of self-care with a theoretical and practical approach.
I have developed two yoga programs on a scientific basis, especially designed for everyday life. The yoga exercises have a low threshhold, but at the same time they
are very effective. It is easy to integrate the exercises into everyday life: 'yoga at work' consisting of two minute exercises and 'yoga at home' consisting
of a fifteen-minute-program.
